Before you can tryout each player needs an OVR membership

 

Why do I need an OVR membership?

 

Ohio Valley Region (OVR) is the governing body for club volleyball in Ohio.  It requires all players to have an OVR membership in order to participate in tryouts and for the season. This is a separate cost from the club and it is required if your daughter wants to play volleyball during the club season.

 

All individuals MUST have a CURRENT PAID membership before they can participate in ANY club activity for the 2020-2021 season. If you do not have a membership then you are NOT allowed to participate at tryouts.

 

There are TWO types of memberships:

 

1. Tryout membership ($10) - This membership will cover the athlete with insurance during the tryout season -September, October, November, and December. If the athlete makes a team and wants to play then they must pay the remained amount to get the full membership ($52 "Upgrade Membership")

 

2. Full Membership ($62) - This is an all-inclusive membership for sanctioned indoor and outdoor: tryouts, practices and regional/national competition.
