2020-21 College Commits
CALLIE BAUER - WESTERN KENTUCKY UNIVERSITY
Hudson HS - 2021
Callie is one of the best athletes I have ever had the opportunity to coach. She came to us as a great hitter and has turned into an amazing setter. Callie could hit or set at the Division I Level. Callie is a rare breed of an athlete these days. She is extremely self motivated and is a leader that kids follow. She is the hardest worker on the court and is committed to doing whatever it takes for her team to win. There is no doubt that WKU will be a better team when she arrives on Campus in 2021.
JULIA NAGY - DEPAUL UNIVERSITY
Blackhawk Christian HS - 2020
Julia played on our 17 Open team last year. She was a huge part of the top 10 finish in 17 Open at the AAU National Championships last year. She plays Libero on this team and is amazing in serve receive. She has one of the best serves on the team and digs everything hit her way. She also has great leadership qualities. She is always positive and her teammates love playing with her. I am sure she will be a tremendous asset to the DePaul Univeristy Volleyball Team.

MAGGIE CASTLEMAN - PURDUE FORT WAYNE UNIVERSITY
Heritage HS - 2020
​Maggie played on our 18 Open team in 2019 as an Outside Hitter. She was a dominating force for this team and had a real breakout year. She really received serious attention by College Coaches and Steve Florio of PFW University recognized her as well. Maggie is likely to be on the ALL ACAC Conference team again this year as well as ALL STATE team honors.

KRISTINA TEEL - GRACE COLLEGE
West Noble HS - 2020
Kristina was one of the most versatile kids I have ever coached. She is an amazing Setter but can also Libero or even hit if you need her to. Grace College saw this same potential in her and landed her this past season. Kristina has been with Impact for her entire Club career and has been a top performer on every team she has been on even though she has been playing up a year in age division.

ANNA BURKHARDT - OLD DOMINION UNIVERSITY
Bishop Dwenger High School - 2019
Anna has played for Pineapple Volleyball of Fort Wayne and Impact VBC for the past 6 years. She has been an outside hitter for all of her seasons in Club except this year. Anna made the move to the Libero position in 2019. Anna has always played great defense and this year was the first year she had the opportunity to play it full time. This decision paid off because she landed the position at Old Dominion University.

MADDIE SCHERMERHORN - PURDUE UNIVERSITY
West Noble High School -2019
Maddie has played for Pineapple Volleyball of Fort Wayne and Impact VBC for the past 6 years. She has been an outside hitter for all of her seasons in Club. She also hits middle for her West Noble High School team. Maddie is a 3-Time AAU All-American in 2015, 2017 & 2018.
Maddie is not only an amazing hitter but her passing and Defense is what caught the eye of Coach Shondell at Purdue University. "Maddie has all the traits to be a great passer/defender" says coach Shondell.

MADDIE ROSS - OAKLAND UNIVERSITY
Bishop Dwenger High School - 2019
Maddie has played for us when we ran Pineapple Volleyball Club of Fort Wayne and another 3years at Impact VBC. I have never seen better hands from a 13 year old. She was so smooth and strong at 13. She continued to develop her game and really became an offensive threat in her 15 season. She has grown into a great setter who can take over a game by making great decisions and getting her hitters one on one situations.
CAILYN BOLSER - BALL STATE UNIVERSITY
Mississinewa High School - 2019
Cailyn has played for Jay Golsteyn at Impact VBC for three years. She has dominated on her High School teams since she was a sophomore and obviously caught the eye of Kelly Miller at Ball State. She continues to be a MH in High School and at Impact VBC and has continued to develop her game becoming a major force at the net.

MACY NISWANDER - PURDUE FORT WAYNE UNIVERSITY
Huntington North HS - 2019
Macy came to Impact VBC this season and showed us what a versatile and key player to our team. Macy could play Middle or Rightside. She was great in both positions and at times we called upon her back row talents as well. Macy is a tremendous block and attacker. I know she will do great things at Purdue Fort Wayne next season.

CHLOE BONTRAGGER - EVANSVILLE UNIVERSITY
Fairfield High School - 2019
Chloe 1st year helped bring our 17 Open team much success. Chloe played MH and RH and was a huge offensive threat to teams as well as a shutdown blocker. Chloe plays MH and OH for her High School team.

MADI ELLIS - MARIAN UNIVERSITY
Bishop Dwenger - 2019
Madi has played for Pineapple Volleyball of Fort Wayne and Impact VBC for the past 4 years. She has played Jay Golsteyn the past two seasons as well as becoming one of the best middles in the SAC. Her work ethic has carried to many success including
her commitment to Marian University.
